Our wines
Made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Sauvignon Blanc, our wines come from a carefully selected vineyard, where terroir, climate, and vine age shape each vintage. The grapes are harvested in the fall and vinified with controlled fermentation and daily pump-overs to extract aromas, color, and tannins. Maceration is adjusted according to the desired style, followed by aging for a variable period. After natural clarification and fining, the wine is bottled for shipment.

All our wines are HVE certified.
The HVE (High Environmental Value) certification recognizes vineyards committed to environmentally responsible practices. It ensures methods that promote biodiversity, reduce inputs, and manage water and soil responsibly.
An HVE-certified wine thus reflects a concrete commitment to sustainable and responsible winemaking.
